Publisher's Summary

Share the new girl. That won’t be easy, will it? Especially not while trying to keep our thrones in the Burberry Prep social scene. Marnye is learning to forgive us; the least we can do is protect her. Let’s see who can make her fall in love first. This time, there’s no bet. This time, it’s just our hearts on the line.

Take on the filthy rich girls - and do it with the help of the boys. It’s us versus them, and it’s not going to be pretty. The king of the school, a pissed-off narcoleptic, a tattooed rockstar, a varsity football player, and a prince. Five guys to back me up, five boys that give me butterflies. They say they’ve changed their ways; it’s time to see if they can keep that promise.

The Envy of Idols is a reverse harem/dark high school bully romance novel. This is audiobook three of four in the series. Contains foul language and sexual scenes; all sex featured is consensual.

Waiting for that other shoe

The whole I'm waiting for that shoe to drop. I mean yeah don't get me wrong plenty drops and makes you think what the...but if there's something going on with the prince or the guys. I have to say #Creed and everyone else really besides Tristan. I really am like okay dude get over yourself but still feel a little bad for the kid cause again thats what they are.

terrible

this book was terrible, to the point that it kept saying the same thing over and over again. it was like the author ran out of things to say.

Honestly ashamed I made it this far..

*Contains spoilers*
I almost stopped after the first book because it was just so annoying, but I wanted to see her actually stand up for herself in the second book. Again, I almost gave up on the series, but stuck it out. The author hooked me with the ending, making me think the stakes were about to get even higher, and it piqued my interest again. However, the third book is just a joke. It's repetitive and full of unnecessary info, like the author ran out of things to say.
And can we talk about the fact that this girl has five guys interested in her AND her best friend? Like WTF? That's just too much. I enjoy an occasional reverse harem story, but seriously, just no. SMH. They lost me after her bestie fell for her too. And the fact that she's constantly whining about Tristan and Lizzie possibly being a thing? Get over it. You have four other guys and a girl to choose from. Stop being so selfish. *eye roll*
Overall, this series is just too juvenile (I know, it's a high school bully romance-I should have known better) for me. I seriously suggest not wasting a credit on this.

Love this series

I love when books have girls chasing after the heroine’s man or in this case, men, and the men completely reject the other women. This series has lots of that. Very well written.

That ending!

Such a cliffhanger tease if I've ever heard one. I'm so glad to have the 4th book 💖

Great Series

I loved these books so far. I’m already finishing book 3 in like 3 days. I can’t put them done. My only problem with these books is how Marnie would say she is reading “Groupie” but in the first book they references “Beauty & Lies” as being real people that zac opened for. I didn’t like that. If you want it fiction that’s fine, or they can be real characters but don’t go back in forth. Confusing. Especially when I know your other books.

The battle continues

As the Blue Bloods battle with the Harpies, the relationship starts to evolve to the next level with 2 of the guys. The group kinda gets in a comfortable reality of their unique situation. There is still the expectation of Marnye to pick from the the group but as the dangers of the club affect them they seem to battle as a United front. This United front spills out to the United reality of the group. Lizzy makes her feelings known to both Marnye and Tristan. What Tristan does with that information is still up in the air.

Terrible letdown

I had some hopes for this book, but what a letdown it was. I cant put a finger on the performance from Goff and Young, they were on point as always.

But the story was bad. All the guys is totally pusswhipped instead of their alpha nature in the 2 other books. No balls at all. And time and time again they go back to the prevoius books, the guys have to say sorry like a hundrede times.. it just go around in a circle again and again.
I guess I go listen to book 1 and 2 and try to forget this one.

Envy of Idols Indeed!

3rd book in a Great series of this genre #bully #reverseharem #friends2lovers #whodoIchoose #whychoose
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
C.M. stunich does a great job with the characters and diff personality traits, letting a reader or listener know there is a lot more stirring underneath. The same with the plot, the Infinity Club gets more devious and dangerous in this book and hints at a much larger picture with life altering stakes at risk. Ugh can’t wait for next audiobook...HURRY! I also think this is first series where I don’t have a favorite, yet...
There is Windsor ; cloaked in upper class manners with razor wit, he is the most devious of all, yet thoughtful and roguishly good looking. OR Zach; dark and brooding, he oozes sex appeal, tempered with a gentle heart OR Zayd; irresistible tattooed bad boy rockstar, green hair & eyes to go along with a poets soul. And those piercings ..... everywhere! OR Creed; the white haired adonis with filthy mouth and still waters run deep thing going on, with that stalking panther vibe OR Tristan; the seemingly out of reach hot guy with the meanest cruelty streak of all & the sexy intensity that draws girls in like moth to a flame, and an aggressive “I don’t give a ****” attitude!
Hell, I’d be greedy and want them all too! You go Marnye!
Narration is as good as it gets, top tier!!!
