I was disappointed with Audible book. I like the ideas that Ms Heney uses in her training so I was looking forward to this book. I aspire to ride similar to Ms Heney and am a lifelong learner. I just found this book too simplistic and did not learn much from it. I am always looking for new information and learning, I just found this book less than I had hoped.
