Cute and fun

I really enjoyed this first book, it’s like a sexy Harry Potter 😆
Our female protagonist grew up in a small town with her single father, until one day she gets a letter of acceptance into a warlock school.
Then her father tells her mother was a witch that went to the dark side and that the fox in the backyard is actually her familiar that was born at the same time as her and is there to protect her.

Then she goes to the magical school that meant only for girls and finds she’s drawn to 4 hot guys one being her familiar in human form, a vampire, succubus demon & warlock.

She tries uncovering what really happened to her mother & she nearly died and gets kicked out of school.
