This is still technically sleep training
This book is great at cautioning first time parents from the hard line “cry it out” method. Basically says it’s ok to take longer to get your kid to fall asleep on their own. It gave me the confidence to hire a sleep consultant and now my baby sleeps and naps like a champ.
