Publisher's Summary

New York Times best seller Elle Kennedy brings you a sexy new Off-Campus novel that can be enjoyed as a stand-alone.

She's good at achieving her goals....

College senior Sabrina James has her whole future planned out: graduate from college, kick butt in law school, and land a high-paying job at a cutthroat firm. Her path to escaping her shameful past certainly doesn't include a gorgeous hockey player who believes in love at first sight. One night of sizzling heat and surprising tenderness is all she's willing to give John Tucker, but sometimes one night is all it takes for your entire life to change.

But the game just got a whole lot more complicated.

Tucker believes being a team player is as important as being the star. On the ice he's fine staying out of the spotlight, but when it comes to becoming a daddy at the age of 22, he refuses to be a bench warmer. It doesn't hurt that the soon-to-be mother of his child is beautiful, whip-smart, and keeps him on his toes. The problem is Sabrina's heart is locked up tight, and the fiery brunette is too stubborn to accept his help. If he wants a life with the woman of his dreams, he'll have to convince her that some goals can be made only with an assist.

LOVE THE WHOLE SERIES

Good story. with likeable, funny characters. I love the whole series. (including Briar U) I think this series may have ruined other young adult books for me. Good choice for narrators, I recommend for anyone that enjoys these types of books.

Best of the series!

LOVE!!! This one has it all!

The narration of book 4 is on point, and Tuck is by far the sweetest and most swoon-worthy male protagonist in the series.

It’s too bad I listened to The Goal first, as it left me more than a little disappointed with the female narration in the first two books of the series.

This is a must read for hockey romance fans!

✫✫ 4 Stars ✫✫

I loved this book. A favorite thing for me is a guy who is happy to become a dad and he's so sweet about the pregnancy and the baby and Tucker was 100% that!!!!! I wish they hasn't waited so long to trust each other with their feeling but their story was sweet and sexy! I'm sad this series is over.

The narration was great, they are both awesome narrators so it wasn't a surprise that they brought these characters to life so perfectly.

I'm Still Swooning for Tucker

Of the 4 Off Campus books, this one seems to be the most polarizing. I almost never see anyone giving The Goal or Tucker any love, so I honestly didn't go into this one with very high hopes. Plus, I wasn't sure how to feel after learning the major plot point of Tucker's story at the end of The Score. Well folks, I completely loved Tucker's story! I've always been firmly #TeamGarrett, but Tucker REALLY gave Garrett a run for his money! Though the book can be read/listened to as a stand alone, it's best enjoyed in order since previous characters do appear.

Tucker was pretty much the perfect book boyfriend. Sweet, loyal, smart, honest, considerate, loving, and an all around good guy. Throw in handsome, sexy, and an alpha personality in the bedroom and holy smokes! There really was so much to love about him and though some will no doubt knock him for being whipped or head over heels for Sabrina, I found all the things he did and said really endearing. I both listened to and read this one and can I just say that Andrew Eiden was absolutely PERFECT as Tucker!? He had just the right amount of sweetness and sexy and don't even get me started on the southern drawl. *swoon*

I really felt like Sabrina got a raw deal in how people perceived her. Just because someone is driven, keeps to themselves, and is not overly affectionate/expressive, doesn't mean they're aloof or a cold hearted b*tch. Her whole life she had to fight and claw her way out on her own, doing whatever she needed to so that she could achieve her goals. I respected the heck out of her. Did she make some mistakes along the way? Yes, but who doesn't? I thought Elle Kennedy did a great job too, with her honest and real portrayal of the major decision Sabrina and Tucker faced. I personally liked Sabrina a lot and though her and Tucker seemed so different in the beginning, by the end, I could see how they actually were really wonderful together.

The epilogue was the perfect way to bring this series to a close and I loved how it brought the books full circle. It was so clever of Elle Kennedy to write the books so that they would overlap at certain times in the timeline. It was awesome to see some scenes from an alternate POV and see how that character experienced and perceived those same events. I always love all the cameos from our previous characters as well. Off Campus is truly a wonderful NA series, and I'm so glad that a spin off series is already in the works and coming soon!

Reached The Goal

If this is truly the final book in the series, it reached -and exceeded- my goal. Readers who have loved this series must read The Goal to hear the story of Tucker and Sabrina... and to get the beloved epilogue and see how the couples have moved on in life together.

This installment of Kennedy’s Off Campus series was flirtatious, funny, charming, sexy with just a bit of angst. Though more serious than the first three books, Tucker's laidback persona sets the tone for the book. While Sabrina is struggling through her personal life, Tucker is the stabilizer. The push and pull of thier relationship, that first starts with a simple hook up, is the premise so readers get a lot of back and forth with their commitment levels along with some internal dialogue. But this is done so well, details that might normally bother me were blended seamlessly. As always, Kennedy constructed a well written story with a steady pace and moving story line.

The narration is spot on, and adds to the flavor of the story. Eiden nails Tuck's accent and Jones brought across Sabrina's attitude, frustration and confusion so well, readers can relate to her. This narration duo paired with Kennedy was perfection.

NOTE: this book occurs during the same time as book three, The Score, so there are some previously seen scenes now from a new perspective.

I review for the Guilty Indulgence Review Site.

Get lost in this series

The Goal by Elle Kennedy is book 4 of the Off-Campus series. This audiobook is narrated by Susannah Jones and Andrew Eiden. I'm not sure I've listened to anything by them before but I'm doing a search. They were amazing.

This was my favorite book of the series because I was already so invested in the characters. This series is great because the books really overlap and the stories are layered together.

Sabrina and Tucker are my most favorite characters in this series. They are hot and sweet. I did not want this one to end.

Get yourself lost in this series.

really enjoyed it!

I grabbed this book and another by Elle Kennedy on sale with a 1.99 audio upgrade and I really loved it! I loved that it was a bit longer than the romances I usually listen to and it took me a few more days to finish, so I really connected with the characters and found myself really rooting for them to have their HEA. Sabrina was stubborn and felt she was undeserving of happiness but she eventually figured it all out. Tucker was quite swoon-worthy and just a solid rock through all their ups and downs.

I really enjoyed the narration. Andrew Eiden is a new favorite of mine, and he was wonderful. Susannah Jones did a fabulous job as Sabrina. I do wish Andrew would have done more of a southern drawl for Tucker, as I felt Susannah did a better job including the drawl in Tucker's speech than Andrew did(southern accent was almost non-existent) But overall, this was so well done and I'll definitely look for them again as narrators.

Real love waits

I was a little nervous but since it was the last book of the series I decided to buy it. I'm glad I didn't wait to get my free credit and bought it. I loved!!! Tucker!!! the story was really good and how he was always there patiently waiting for Sabrina to trust him and let go of her guard and learn to love.

So Whiney

I really wanted to love this book, but it dragged. The last third could have been a chapter tops. The female narrator whined incessantly, which made Sabrina’s character even more annoying than she was written. The male narrator did a huge disservice to Tucker by not performing him with a Southern accent. That was the greatest travesty of this audiobook, because in the previous book, he performed him with an accent, but not this one. Why hire a narrator to perform a character sans accent - whose accent is repeatedly mentioned?

Fave of the series

This had to be the best of the series! Holy moly, John Tucker. Now THAT is how you write a strong, healthy male lead. Simultaneously respectful and sexy, patient and determined, never pushing a boundary. His quiet confidence in his love for Sabrina - waiting for her to get to the same conclusion - was just *swoon*.

Females with Thoughts

Most definitely the best in the series. Not only did Sabrina have a personality beyond that of the male love interest, but she did not bend her will because men. She’s unapologetically sexual, smart, and determined. And at times wrong which makes her so much for fun to read than some other Briar U leads. Also LOVE Tuck and his respect. Also realistic interactions for how people in the real world might interact with these kinds of scenarios. Also the ending with Mama Tuck was a noticed touch to the emotional ride.

Nice one, Elle. Look forward to more dynamic female characters in the future :D
