This book is beautifully written and had me drawn in from the very start.
The narration is excellent, I do hope the second book gets an audio version too!
There were lots of delightful surprises in this story. The world building and lore is phenomenal, the characters raw, real, entertaining and captivating.
Our FMC is loveable and capable. Our MMC is genuine and heroic.
Maria does an incredible job with the details, this is a fine art tapestry, woven with delicate skill to create something truly spectacular.
Fated mates, found family, fantastical magic system, cozy elements to make your soul feel at ease before you are thrust into heart pounding twists, breath hitching discoveries and… well, you'll just have to listen to find out.
I loved this book and will be devouring the second; I have no doubt that it will be exceptional too!
