This is definitely not what I expected from the description and from the cover illustration. However, this is absolutely beneficial for any leader to read. It is a tragic and uplifting story of a young man taken from this world far too soon. However, this young man was everything an inspirational leader should be. This young man was everything all of us should aspire to be. it is about living your best life with your whole heart and leading teams with no ego and no desire to lead from the front. It is about leading teams by example and leading teams by putting the team first. There are several great examples on how to do this.

This book is full of sports stories so do be ready for that. Listen openly and you will find a lot of stories on how to apply this to your daily life and to your work and your family and you will be better for it. A A surprisingly truly great book!!
