completely won me over. I love the themes of these books expanding my knowledge into the skills of oratory and Irish Jewry. I so appreciate the compassion and kindness along with the realism of this period in history. I loved the story overall. I was happy that Daniel, a quiet man took control to protect his daughter and did so without injurying Kirk.

A very smart girl at the top of her class meets a fellow and is engaged after a week and doesn’t believe or question why her whole family ( whom she trusts and loves) are telling her he was a Hitler sympathizer. Give me a break!
