Good and Very Informatiove
I really enjoyed this book, but along with the positives there were some negatives. It was SUPER informative and taught so much within such a short book. Because of the amount of information, though, a lot of the information could have definitely been expanded on to assist readability. I found myself pausing and looking up information a lot of times. And the reader of the story sounds very young and like she is reading directly from a paper. She was very slow and I had to speed up the reading. If you're looking into buying this, make sure you have a basic understanding on dosha, as the information is relatively intermediate rather than beginning level.

it was hard to understand all info.
I had to speed up the book, but then needed it slower because of disorganization and difficulty understanding the outlandish ideas. It was a constant battle finding a good reading speed, especially when it felt like she was reading at snail sped the entire time. But when I sped it up, it was so hard to comprehend all the information. Because there was a LOT of information.

Interesting!
I wasn’t expecting this much information from a book that is supposed to be only the basics on healing with Ayurveda. This book delves into everything around the idea of Ayurveda and shows how to apply elements and techniques to yourself and your individualized dosha. I am so happy with how this book played out and everything I got from it

it's quite disorganized.
Between the voice and confusing words, I found myself getting mad at the book itself. It was confusing and the disorganization had me lost on multiple occasions. The woman reading it did a terrible job and the person who wrote it didn’t put the information in any particular order.

Brilliant!!!
Leaving reviews on products and books are reserved for either of the extremes, and this book fell on the high end of the spectrum. The idea of having it read to me was brilliant in itself. Ayurveda medicine seems like such a healthy and natural thing, and until I bought this book, I had no idea it even existed. There is so much still to learn!

I want to know more.
I studied ayurveda for a while, but until this book, I never realized there were ayurveda physicians. I think I am pitta but want to see one of these physicians and determine my exact dosha. This book was worth everything I spent on it and I intent to spend more on the topic.

I love the book!
The only complaint I have is the woman telling the story. Her voice is bothersome and took a lot of time to get used to. After that, it explains everything about Ayurveda and everything in relation to that.

I'm giving it 4 for its somewhat good performance.
This book talks about herbal health along with spiritual, but a lot to take in, especially if you don’t know anything about it to begin with. I got serious textbook vibes from this book. In theory, that is a great thing for an informational book. But I got so lost on so many occasions.

Lots of interesting thoughts.
There were a lot of interesting thoughts and research on a health idea that doesn’t get much credit. Natural remedies for illnesses have always been fascinating and this book executed it perfectly. I love this whole idea and everything that was in this book. There was too much information to even start thinking about. I’ll be able to listen to this a dozen times and get some new information every time.

Great book
Great book if you already have a basis on this information (even just a few google searches to get the basis). Otherwise it’s so easy to get lost with the influx of information. I would listen to this again, just because there was so much information there is no way I learned it all.
