Excellent info, lots of practical tips from solid research. however it reads a bit like a social science text book. A touch dull at least from a listener’s perspective. Might have been better as a book or maybe if i had done a chapter a day to spread it out

This book is the best happiness/positive psychology book I have read so far -- I'm researching the topic so I've read ten. This one is the most practical, powerful, and convincing.
