Amazing practical guide to self love and kindness

Loved the practicality and the maps to guide you to lasting change. Will share with others who can benefit from being kinder to themselves (everyone!). Loved the stories to help make it more relatable.

good book

I wish the maps letter work etc were in a text format link that's downloadable as only hearing it, it feels like a visual would be highly beneficial. I find visualizing from audio is harder. generally it's a good book with good Info.
