Felt disjointed. I was disappointed that the author built up how horrible the main male character was to the lead female and then just swept it under the rug so to speak. The male Character was never called on it, not by the lead female, not by her friend’s. He never showed remorse, and he never faced how he damaged her. Just felt the build up was there but not dealing with the severity of the abuse weakened the story so much for me.

Disappointed. So much abuse just swept under the carpet. Just wrong.
