1980’s Belfast was considered the most dangerous place in the world with a guerrilla war raging on the streets.

David McKenzie, a young soldier and accidental spy is thrown undercover into the Troubles at the prestigious Botanical Gardens on a dangerous mission for critical information.

With the IRA getting increasingly more daring, the Army has to act fast to infiltrate their ranks in direct retaliation for the Grand Hotel bombing, on the eve of Prime Minister Thatcher’s 59th birthday.

Once established, he doesn’t count on falling deeply in love with Allison, the beautiful daughter of a prominent IRA Member, as he constantly struggles with the lie he must live in order to survive.

Under the pseudonym, Simon Tyler he gets dragged deep down into the conflict, when he is forced through a series of unfortunate events, to choose sides incurring the wrath of his superiors.

Under intense scrutiny and constantly torn between love and loyalty, as their relationship blossoms.

Simon decides to break away, taking Ally to a rock concert in the South. However, on their way back, Ally shows her true colours forcing him to reluctantly cross the line to protect her at all costs.
