Tips to improve your mindset and enjoy life a bit more

I enjoyed the overall message and already have implemented lot of the suggested strategies as a part of my life for quite some time. I did appreciate some of the suggestions she made and the examples she gave to implement them in our life, I enjoyed the stories she shared as examples of what she had experienced in the past and also examples of how to start new habits.

I didn’t like the swearing. I think she could have used for example B.S. instead of the full word bullsh..

And other swear words. It felt like shock factor.
Or the word piss..off.

Perhaps it’s just a bias I have growing up as a woman being told to act lady like.

I just found it took away from me enjoying the perception I had of her as being a classy well spoken professional in her field.
