I wish audible would stop using voices that sound like lifeless robots. The information is excellent and I would have given it 5 stars for story and overall if the author included her sales pitch for products in the appendix instead if after every section. The hard copy would have been better: I would have been able to skip past the infomercials but its hard to do while listening and driving. It was minor torture having to listen to that. Besides that, the content is excellent and you won't find a most of it in other books. The author has done a fantastic job researching.
I did look into her liquid magnesium product and have now used it for several month. Its made differences that I have not had with other typed of magnesium.

I normally hate books that try to sell me stuff, but the product this doctor has created is a miracle. To be fair, she also gives you other brands and things to take, but has created a liquid magnesium with high absorption and no laxative affect, which basically saved my mom’s life. I don’t need to take it because I can take a few forms of Magnesium without having a laxative affect, but for people who are severely depleted, can’t take other forms of Magnesium, can’t swallow pills, or if you have to sneak it into someone’s food? It’s a great option. The book is written well, easy to understand and interesting too. I enjoyed listening to it and plan to re-listen periodically.

was hoping to see what health information would be taught on magnesium. I found the author is using this book to try and sell her product more than trying to share unbiased information. she mentions her product remag probably 75 times or more, which comes across as trying to use this book to sell product vs trying to inform the public of magnesium benefits. I checked into the remag, not sure if they offer a money back guarantee though with the author making bold claims over other magnesium. one user on YouTube said it tasted aawful however I have not tried as with spending a lot of money on supplements for health benefits, and finding many companies make claims I mostly only buy now if they offer a money back guarantee, so iif it doesn't make any improvement, I am not out more $ for a product that didn't work ang better than the next product.
