Didn't tell me anything I didn't already know.

This book didn't tell me anything I didn't know, but it did put it all down in one place. and it took 45 years of life to gather said knowledge. If your a young person or some one that doesn't have a lot of experience dealing with people of the type this book talks about, than its a steal, a short cut on years of hard work and getting f$#! over by this type of person.
