Too preachy.

Seems more like I was listening to a sermon, it was somewhat painful but okay for a person who buys into the preachy presentation.

He talked like an evangelist preaching religion. The content was ok, good motivational material.

For those who want to make a change.

I like how he made it very simple to understand and follow. He gave action items and also makes you think and ponder on your thoughts. I will recommend reading this book.
