Effing fantastic book.

Somewhat about leadership.

More than anything it commiserates about the frustrations of trying to be a good leader in an organization that doesn’t have a hot clue about teaching leaders to put their ego last.

Damn god read though.

Some key applications

It was worth recognizing the futility of technological decision-making as opposed to men on the ground decision making. This can apply to any business relationship or family.

Real experience

You can’t beat the experience of the guy on the ground. For leadership and mission planning, I can’t highly recommend another book other than this one.

great book. wrong narrator

I really enjoyed the book and the insightful leadership experience but the narration made it difficult. Not the right voice and the added accents were just bad.
