Covers all the bases of the Diet-Evolution, ketogenic, paleo, intermittent-fasting revolution that is dramatically improving the lives of so many North Americans burnt out and overweight from way too much sugar and grains, and improper exercise and lifestyle choices.

This revised version cleans up the odd loose ends​ from the first edition, and the narrator is like a buddy chatting with you at the gym.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to take back control over their health and fitness. I myself have adopted many of these measures and lost 35 lbs. and regained robust health in 9 months.

I enjoyed every chapter. I especially appreciated the Darwin awards thoughts and 12 top activities an emergency room doctor suggested you NOT do since none of us are superhuman no matter what we tell ourselves…

I am so disappointed with this audio version. The content seems invaluable, and I so wanted to listen to this one, as reading an actual paper copy is tough (arthritis), but the narrator is just too painful to listen to. Rushed reading, odd emphasis on the least important parts of a sentence, and cringey attempts to inject humour into his voice. I was not able to take this version seriously enough for how important the content is. Please listen to the sample to see if you agree or disagree.
