Truly unique world building and entertaining magic system. The series seems to have a lot to offer. With each holiday in their own kingdom, buying for power Santa per chance seems to be the most worthless of all. But then again we all have our own reasons don’t we? As a hero coal struggles to find his place. He is faced with a budding romance to arrival prince one that must be kept secret. A forced engagement to his best friend. All as he struggles to uncover his father’s dastardly plots while still attempting to win his approval. The voice work for this was absolutely phenomenal Only congratulations can be said for his talent. Truly, a 10 out of 10 experience fun whimsical with moments of drama a strong recommend for me.

Just a bowl full of Holly Jolly romance.

I could not stop listening! It was so good and just wholesome. A perfect mix of holiday cheesiness and a good story. I cannot wait for the second!

this book was amazing, it was loving and beautiful. i’m a huge fan of red white and royal blue and this book gives me the same joy while being so whimsical and fun. Coal
and Hex are adorable and their intimate scenes are overflown with love and devotion for each other. at the same time the book has a fun plot with amazing characters. not to mention this book is funny, it’s littered with ridiculous jokes and innuendoes that leave u giggling and cackling. just my kind of humour with such a fun narrator and it’s truly never boring. the relationships are so powerful not just romantic but siblings and friends and it really adds so much to the story. on the surface it’s a fun holiday romance book but it’s also extremely deep and really makes you think about joy. will read again (have already read again)!!
