This author is new to me and I look forward to more of her books! The story was excellent with adventure and proper romance. The characters had great chemistry and were kind and supportive. Loved the smuggling storyline.

Story is well written. Enjoyed learning a little about the history of smuggling woven into the story line and measures England's government took to make it less enticing / profitable. It gives the story even more substance than the average historical romance. Narrator was good, but the sound quality lacked a little - there was a hollow echo as if recorded inside an empty tin can... distracting at moments, but otherwise, Noah Wall did a fabulous job. Looking forward to the other books in this series.
