Some good and some misleading information

Be careful when reading this book.
Some of the science discussed in the book about cholesterol, carbs and sugar was just about outrageous.

Over all though, I will still follow the steps to try this diet, but I will avoid all carbohydrates and stay keto on my *free meals*
