Not vegan

Based on the paleo+vegan = pegan I assumed this would be promoting a vegan diet it’s not. It mentions eating meat and eggs ALOT that you should do it multiple times a day etc very misleading not happy at all

Life changing information

Dr. Hyman provided us with understandable, sound information about the connection between food and health. He called out the deleterious affects, of the food industry’s Frankenfoods, to our health and made it clear that we can stay healthy, drug free and vibrant well into our old age, by avoiding them and focusing on eating foods grown and raised by sustainable farmers.

Such an amazing author!

At this point I don't even care what he's reading to me because he's such an amazing narrator that I would be engaged even if he was talking about crickets! Jokes aside, this book is so motivational. He gives us info in a way we can understand and he's thoroughly entertaining and so so passionate. This all makes it very easy to understand. Thank you Dr. Hyman! Truely inspiring.
