Sure, her intelligence is a definite turn-on. And her hidden feisty side is fun to rile up. But it's more than that. If I didn't know better, I'd say I'm falling for the one woman everyone insists I'm all wrong for.

As it turns out, there's a freaking hilarious twist even I didn't see coming. And when I figure out what my bride-to-be has been hiding, hell, I know I've finally met my match.

Honestly, I could care less that the world thinks I'll never be more than the playboy prince. There's only one person I have anything to prove to now.

The story concept is interesting and was pulled together well in the end. However, it took a needlessly long time for that to happen. If there was more emotional layering happening it would have made a greater connection between the reader / listener and the book characters especially considering the book relied heavily on the relational aspect. It could also have been improved if there was more humour or if the characters discovered the trickery earlier in the story and played around with a humorous revenge a bit more. The dialogue was well written and it flowed well but it just needed a bit more zing. The epilogue which introduces book 2 also has an interesting concept but because of the way book 1 was written I'm afraid it may also drag a bit. The ;narration was excellent.
