Exciting methodology, simple & engaging

I am a very athletic person who struggled with endurance exercises and keto, but otherwise loved how I felt on keto. This blueprint fills in the blanks on how to have both, and in a simple, healthier (imho) and more sustainable approach. I've been doing this a week and already feel great, and am noticing compatibility with my training, as well as great suggestions for what is more effective for training without the burnout I've experienced in the past. Very excited! I am also celiac and this approach aligns beautifully with my diet constraints. Marks Daily Apple and Primal Endurance support groups are very knowledgeable and contain a Wealth of knowledge. I followed these for a year before reading/listening to this book, and did so, because there was such excellent support and guidance on what to do when training (had no interest in Paleo at all prior). check it out!
