About this listen

With my core enhanced by runes of power, I'm progressing faster than any cultivator in Acalia.

Headed to defeat the Forest Tower, Astra, Brea, Minh and I are ready for whatever this strange world can throw at us. Unfortunately, not all is right in Acalia. With another tower to climb, monsters to kill, and rival cultivators testing me, I'm going to have my hands full. Unforeseen allies and a gorgeous new companion are exactly what we need to make the climb.

May the Towers watch over us all.

This novel includes elements of lite LitRPG, Isekai, cultivation, and magic harem relationships.

Apart from the awkward sex scenes, which feel akin to the mass effect romance scenes. The story is awesome.

The only complaint I have seems to be a universal one with narrators, they just don't know how to pronounce certain words correctly. Like Benadict Cumberbatch trying to pronounce penguin and saying it wrong and different each time, the main narrator here seems to be at a complete loss at how to pronounce "broach" mostly saying "brooch" but also butchering it in horrible or comedic ways that throw off the entire story. I don't know what a brouache is, but hearing it 3 times in a serious conversation really threw of the story.

Great story

I feel a bit guilty for enjoying these books but the narrators are good, though there are some glaring mispronunciations of common words that made me laugh,

Decent ear candy.
