government should never be permitted to make or change laws to favour themselves should they do this societal collapse is a certainty the country/kingdom/empire will die from buricratic bloat and thousands if not hundreds of thousands will die from starvation alone the only cure to this cancer historically has been proven to brutally depose the entire system of government and start again wich will involve mass destruction and blood in the street the "Royal family" should have been deposed apon the changeing of the law for what is the comfort and feelings of not even a dozen people to those of the entire kingdom

this is literally half the story. didn't even come to a satisfactory conclusion. very unimpressed.

Not a huge fan of the amount of dialogue bumper and the other ranger horses now have. it went from assumed responses/reactions to full-on conversations. this book also felt a lot more predictable than the previous.
