This book had everything I expected: tormented back stories, consent, hot sex, and complicated people doing the best they know how.

I really like this series, it's like a kinky cozy listen.

Another happy villain

I need tension in a steamy story, whether it's between two or three people ans this one kinda just jumped right into the sex, so it didn't make the lust feel believable, and I didn't particularly like any of the characters. didn't love the narration either.

as usual Meg Sylvan kills it as a narrator and Lacy Laurel was exceptional! Liam DiCosimo was alright, he mispronounced a few key names from the rest of the series.
the story felt rushed and the development wasn't as believable as some of her other Wicked characters. didn't like Elaric as a character at all.
