Great talents, Still Hiden

Fredrick is a great real estate agent in New York and when I bought this book I was very excited to hear what is his "Sell"? This Audible did gave some background of his journey to becoming a real estate icon but lacks the details and the stories I was hoping to hear from. He talks about what I call, "The Set Up". The set up, gathering things to need to make the sales for example, attitude, looks, environment and etc. I was really hoping to hear some of his techniques that his possess and how it was done. But like all sales people, including myself, you can't teach everything because their are variables for each sales and how different they are and different techniques. I was hoping to learn more from him because I know he is great in real estate. Sad to say but he hid most of his techniques and didn't really share it. Nevertheless, he is still a great sales person for real estate.

A Must "Read"

Where does The Sell rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

One of the best! I read a variety of different books, and this is a must "read" no matter what you do in life. If you're in sales - of any kind - this is a necessity! Really pumps you up and makes you think of things differently.

Don't waste time or money.

Very little practical advice about selling. The focus is on the author himself. Don't waste your money like I did.

#TheSell - By far, the best book I have read

I have watched every season of MDLNY, and after reading The Sell, I have to say, Fredrik is polished on ALL levels of business and in life. From the shoes you wear, to celebrating the wins, Fredrick has it mastered. I have and will continue to apply his business mindset and strategies to my business (Detroit Real Estate Expert.) Well written, and narrated Fredrik!! A++

Not a story about how to sell, but about his life

The book was a very enjoyable listen, Fredrik was an excellent narrator.

However, as the title describes the book, I got the impression that it would be a book on sales strategies he uses. While he shares some tips and tricks, the book is mostly filled with his own story and how amazing he himself is.

Best book on sales, career and life...seriously.

Went through the book 2x consecutively. It's that good.

Fredrik is witty, fun yet full of practical advise on how to sell, how to have a prosperous career and how to live life properly. All the tips and to-do's can be easily implemented almost immediately.

Listening the 2nd time around, i realized that the author has unwittingly summarized, consolidated and even updated most of the books on sales (and career/life in general) that I've read. It's head and shoulders above all the rest because it has presented all the materials in a fun, inspiring yet actionable, practical and impactful manner.

It's one of those handful of books I'd seriously ask my kids and close friends to read.

High Kick!

Great read! Funny, interesting, educational and very hard to put down. My wife and I own a small real estate company in RI and we love Fredrik. Great show and I'm now listening to this book a third time.
