Great talents, Still Hiden

Fredrick is a great real estate agent in New York and when I bought this book I was very excited to hear what is his "Sell"? This Audible did gave some background of his journey to becoming a real estate icon but lacks the details and the stories I was hoping to hear from. He talks about what I call, "The Set Up". The set up, gathering things to need to make the sales for example, attitude, looks, environment and etc. I was really hoping to hear some of his techniques that his possess and how it was done. But like all sales people, including myself, you can't teach everything because their are variables for each sales and how different they are and different techniques. I was hoping to learn more from him because I know he is great in real estate. Sad to say but he hid most of his techniques and didn't really share it. Nevertheless, he is still a great sales person for real estate.

Amazing everything

I’ve read so many books by superstar Realtors! This is the best I’ve ever read so far. I took away so very much from Fredrik. Thank you for writing this amazing book.

Just ok..

More about his life vs actual selling techniques and the ones he included are pretty basic. Good book, but way better sales books out there.

Wow! Inspiringly clever and awakening...

Bringing you back to childhood dreams to live the life you once drew on paper.

This book is for anyone who aspires for more purpose in life. This book is for the discouraged individual who has tried everything and failed. This book is for any brave heart who has big dreams. This book is for the entrepreneur.

Don't waste time or money.

Very little practical advice about selling. The focus is on the author himself. Don't waste your money like I did.

Not a story about how to sell, but about his life

The book was a very enjoyable listen, Fredrik was an excellent narrator.

However, as the title describes the book, I got the impression that it would be a book on sales strategies he uses. While he shares some tips and tricks, the book is mostly filled with his own story and how amazing he himself is.

Ego Trip

What was most disappointing about the authors’s story?

The author likes to tell you how great he is. Seemed like more of an ego trip for him. I didn't find the book particularly helpful and wouldn't recommend it.

Don't bother

Ok I normally only leave good reviews but felt surprised and strongly how awful I found everything about this book to be. The only highlight was Barbara Corcoran who I wasn't that fond of until I heard the 10 minutes she contributed to this book. I wish I had purchased her book instead since she was well spoken, interesting, smart... I don't watch MILLION DOLLAR LISTING but heard about it and love to hear about smart people. I wish someone else had narrated this book because I just can't seem to listen to this guy talk for more then a few seconds. I feel like I am in health class having to listen to how important healthy eating is for like an hour and learning nothing new. When he went into a half hour rant about his day only to talk diet and sleep again without actually having anything to say, I couldn't waste my time anymore. Let's just say, I won't be finishing this pointless book. Sorry I'm sure he is a nice guy who worked hard but the book taught me way less then I would learn watching a cartoon.

A Must "Read"

Where does The Sell rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

One of the best! I read a variety of different books, and this is a must "read" no matter what you do in life. If you're in sales - of any kind - this is a necessity! Really pumps you up and makes you think of things differently.

#TheSell - By far, the best book I have read

I have watched every season of MDLNY, and after reading The Sell, I have to say, Fredrik is polished on ALL levels of business and in life. From the shoes you wear, to celebrating the wins, Fredrick has it mastered. I have and will continue to apply his business mindset and strategies to my business (Detroit Real Estate Expert.) Well written, and narrated Fredrik!! A++

I wanted to like it more than I did.

Fantastic Book!

Frederik has written a masterpiece - a manual for anyone aspiring for something greater. His insight into the modern relationships between excellence and the exceptional journey each of us take to get there is uniquely profound. You will discover his advice on business, love, and everything in between, is significant and applicable to you; whatever your specific path may be. I look forward to reading his future books, and you should to. If everything he writes is as applicable and enjoyable as this book, then he will have solidified the "Eklund" name as a staple in the community of significant modern authors.
