Quite basic information and doesn’t really get into somewhat more helpful details until halfway through. Basically just goes on about importance of buying in a safe neighbourhood, taking size of family into consideration, etc. I was hoping for something more detailed that would discuss mortgage options, difference between using bank versus mortgage broker, etc. This book just contained very very basic information that seemed more common sense than anything else.
