I love the book

I have learned to recognize social anxiety disorder and I can see what changes my teen needs to make. With the information I gain from this audiobook, I can teach my teens about goal setting which can help them with social anxiety. They need to figure out to focus on the present, and not worry about past mistakes. I also need to teach my teens to eat healthy and not fill their bodies which can affect their mood, and how their minds react to things. I like the narrator.
