I’m retired but still find stressful things all the time. This book is a good introduction on stress and the science behind the mind body medicine tools. I had meditated a little in the past, but found some new techniques in the book that I find quite easy to do. The guided QR code to the recorded guided meditations are a great way to calm myself. I would recommend this book to those looking for the science of stress and for easy tools to combat it.
