I was so happy to dive back into the poison study universe & this book was everything! The narrator was fantastic & the story was amazing!

The Story I Didn't Know I Needed...
All fans of Poison Study: this is a must read/listen!
The first book of the Study series, written from Valek's perspective. It offered so much more detail into the goings on of the castle, Valek's spy network & how his brilliant mind works.
I absolutely loved the narrator, (I've never been crazy about Gabra Zackman), and felt like new life was breathed into characters that never sounded quite right before, (specifically Ari). The accents, tones & pacing all fit the story perfectly & I'll almost certainly be looking for more books read by the same narrator.
Definitely recommend - but only if you've already read the other books.

the companion novel I always needed
this books was Soo good! I am a massive fan of Snyder and Poison Study is my all time favourite book! this companion novel made me fall in love more with the characters. it gave insights into events from poison study which made the story better! 10/10 will recommend! I do think reading Poison study before reading the Study of Poisons makes this book special though it could be read alone.

Fabulous read!
I have just finished The Study of Poisons. Omg what can I say… it was funny and an emotional roller coaster. The read was flowing easily. I enjoyed discovering other side of my favourite characters. Ari and Janco from Valek’s pov are just so hilarious. My love for them grew tenfold. And Valek’s mind… so so so funny. I love everything about the book and already planning a tandem read with Poison Study as soon as I receive my copy.
Also the narrator is fabulous. I am definitely goingto search more of his. Let me know if you have recommendations.
