Publisher's Summary

A troubled past.

A dying guardian.

The fate of a fantasy realm rests in the hands of a mortal girl.

Laura used to believe in fairy tales and true love. Not after her mom took her own life; the bitter end to a once promising romance. But the arrival of a mysterious guardian proves the fairy tale world does exists, and it needs her help to stop the unholy forces that seek to destroy it. As Laura journeys to find the way home across strange kingdoms of mechanical soldiers, a mad king, a fairy tale prince and more, she soon learns of the mysterious connections between her and the fantasy realm. To survive it, she must face her deepest fears and secrets she never wants to unveil.

The Torn Fairy is a YA action/adventure fantasy/romance, a romantic Alice in Wonderland coupled with the deep themes of A Monster Calls. Fans of The Nutcracker and the Four Realms will also fall in love with the parallel world of Illiros and its magic.

This book is a snappy listen !

This book is a snappy listen that fuses all sentiments. The characters are all around made and empowering. Any person who acknowledges a tolerable fast-moving story will welcome this. I significantly propose this book for the feeling, family ties, and pressure.

This is my most appreciated book by far.

This is my most appreciated book by far. I check out this book with my significant other when we were encountering a particularly inconvenient time in our marriage. We both had tears in our eyes after the book. Truly a champion among the most nostalgic and superb sentimental stories I have ever tuned in. Positions as one of my immaculate most appreciated books.

This is a charmingly explained novel !

This is a charmingly explained novel that contacts the heart. It's hard to acknowledge that a woman can explain with her perspective or feel with this significance. Aurelia Hilton pulls at your heartstrings with assessment, flashbacks, duty, and certainty. Value checking out this book! Incredible book!!!

Incredible book,

Incredible book, as a novice to making perusing books another interest of mine this book was the primary book I perused that made them need to continue perusing to perceive what was going to fall off the storyline next. Sweet and contacting minutes all through the story. On the highest priority on my rundown for proposals or even a present for anybody/

I cherish!

I cherish! The characters are very much created and you have a feeling that you by and by knowing them as you read. You get into this book straight away and become so much a piece of the characters' lives that you don't have the foggiest idea of how you are regularly going to tune in to anything as great once more. What a superb storyteller.

Didn’t like main character

I love Mira Crest as an author but I did not like this book. I found it very hard to listen to the entire book. I’m not sure if the narrator purposely used her tone for the main character but it was horrible and very agitating to listen to. The main character Laura was so annoying. I saw her as being self centered, selfish, weak, rude and disrespectful. She has no sensor and no care for others. She plays the victim through the entire book. She came off as a spoiled child and that’s what I also got from the narrators voice. I loved Mal but felt sorry for him that he had to deal with Laura and he disrespect towards what he loves and her ignorance. I wanted to get into the story but couldn’t. Although I don’t recommend this book I do recommend Mira Crest other books.
