Publisher's Summary
David Limbaugh, the New York Times bestselling author of Jesus on Trial and The Emmaus Code, now approaches the question of Jesus Christ's divinity - In what sense was Jesus God? How do we know? - with the same precise, methodical form of enquiry he has employed in his career as lawyer and law professor. Examining the New Testament closely, Limbaugh zeroes in on esoteric passages not commonly linked to Jesus Christ's divinity and draws forth startling new evidence that Jesus was Creator - not created.

An honest overview of the Gospel, 10/10, S Rank
David Limbaugh writes an honest, and very accurate overview of the Gospel. The Life, Works, Tribulations, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus who is Christ is laid out in the manner that is was intended to be understood. I would recommend this to anyone, not just believers, who wishes a better understanding of the Gospel. 10/10, Cool God, Very wow! Would Praise.

Footnotes in an Audiobook? Really?
I’m sure this is a good gook, something that certainly interested me but I’ll never know because every single footnote in the book was quoted mid-paragraph. This lead to a choppy, annoying, difficult to follow read. Who’s idea was it to do that???
Too bad.

Great subject but...
Mr. Limbaugh writes compellingly on the life of the Master Jesus Christ and I enjoyed the historical background surrounding His life. However, the author's references sourced from different books in the Holy Bible would have been better placed as footnotes rather than as part of the main narrative. That's where I got bogged down. Couldn't finish listening to it, even on double speed.

Wait no more.
Thank you Mr. Limbaugh, my spirit is stirred and lifted by your writings and God's grace. Wait no more to call upon the Lord, he is the way the truth and the life. No one can come to the Father but through Jesus. This wonderful book will help the skeptic and unbeliever look at the Gospels with one simple perspective that Jesus is the The Savior.

Abundant, tedious narrated references
This was a great book, very informative and helpful. However, the narrator reads every book/chapter reference out loud, (and there are a lot) it really interrupted the flow of information. I found it best to listen in short intervals. Overall, I am glad I finished the book.

Learned a lot
I’m a Christian, but know I need to learn even more about the Bible. This was a good way to do it, albeit this required much more concentration to absorb. I liked the last few chapters best. This will be one book that I listen to again (I don’t ever re-read books).

An Amazing Read
Would you listen to The True Jesus again? Why?
This book was such an eye opener about the life of Jesus. David Limbaugh knocked it out of the park with this book. I have such a great understanding of the life of Jesus after listening to this book. I will definitely be listening to Mr. Limbaugh's other books.
