Publisher's Summary

In The Vaccine-Friendly Plan, Paul Thomas, MD, presents his proven approach to building immunity: a new protocol that limits a child's exposure to aluminum, mercury, and other neurotoxins while building overall good health. Based on the results from his pediatric practice of more than 11,000 children as well as data from other credible and scientifically minded medical doctors, Dr. Paul's vaccine-friendly protocol gives listeners:

  • Recommendations for a healthy pregnancy and childbirth
  • Vital information about what to expect at every well-child visit from birth through adolescence
  • A slower, evidence-based vaccine schedule that calls for only one aluminum-containing shot at a time
  • Important questions to ask about your child's first few weeks, first years, and beyond

The Vaccine-Friendly Plan presents a new standard for pediatric care, giving parents peace of mind in raising happy, healthy children.

Super helpful and great for someone caught in the middle of the argument

I loved that this book wasn’t extremist to the point of ignorance on either end ( no vaccines or all for them). Everything vaccine wise was backed up with science and gave medical backing.
As for what I didn’t like... I think he talks a little outside his scope. Stay in your lane, teach me about vaccines. I don’t need parenting advice or your views on whether my little boy should be able to wear a pink tutu or when/ how I should discuss sex with my teens.

Great information

I was so overwhelmed by all the information online that was extremely pro or extremely against vaccines, this book helped me understand vaccination better.
I think no matter what you choose- to go with the regular schedule or delay you can benefit from reading this, because the information that your doctor gives you most of the time is not enough.
I really enjoy the audio version of the book because I can listen to it while doing other things and once baby arrives it will be a lot easier to "read" that way. But I might buy the actual book, because having it on paper will make going back and reviewing information a lot easier.

a breath of fresh air...

in a world increasingly shaming of parents bold enough to critically contemplate a species-wide manipulation of a natural system science barely yet grasps.

Excellent risks vs benefits analysis

will be discussing with our pediatrician as our family has mthfr and struggles to detox properly, and as a result have autoimmune diseases and food sensitivities.

Good information!

Dr. Paul is as impartial on this controversial topic as I think he can be, stating that vaccines have done amazing things but we may very well be overdoing vaccinations for our kids. I appreciate that he empowers parents to educate themselves and advocate for what they know is true and food for their family. There is, perhaps, more information about health and well-being in general than about vaccines specifically, but it all “dovetails” with the purpose of his book.

a wealth of information! thanks Dr Paul!

very informative book regarding an effective and cautious way of ensuring the health of your children by discussing health in general along with a wealth of information on vaccines and their potential for damage or protection. I feel more knowledgeable and wary of the mainstream Doc now
