The author didn’t just “edit” for a new release. This is a re-write write. Not a single sentence matches with the original print published in 2015. Major character changes have been done. This feels like a much sanitized version of the book that lacks all emotional nuances. Awful. Betrayal of the story.

I enjoyed book two! I have not read the previous YA edition. This version is adult, with witty banter and complex characters. Happy the author decided to re-release as she originally wrote it.
