no Hasselhoff haha

lot of good information especially like the breathing techniques since I learned some similar ones training in Russian Systema and they work so it wasn't foreign to me to think of adopting this method it actually makes a lot of sense

Good story but little practical use as such I would not recommend you wasting your time or money on this book. Perhaps the actual techniques work but you will not find them in this book.

Wow!

This was a great and easy listen, some of the science is hard to follow but overall I feel like I got the message and am excited to start the Wim Hof method and share it with as many people as possible!

Start to Finish in one listen

So good I couldn't turn it off. l loved the in depth physiological and biological explanations. Must listen for anyone who has any interest in taking control of ones health.

Could have been one paragraph

Too much fluff. The book is over two hours long but the breathing exercise and cold therapy is covered in less than five minutes, the rest is fluff.

Just listen to podcast

I was hoping to get more instruction into his method, but it fell short. The book pretty much just said the same thing Hof said on the podcast with Tim Ferriss.

No info you can't get in 5 min for free on YouTube

This book is so short it shouldn't be called a book at all. This is all covered in YouTube by Win Hof himself. So do not waste a credit or money on this.

Simple Concept but powerful results

I have listened to this book a couple times to catch all the benefits of WHM. I found this book looking for a solution to reduce inflammation in my shoulder when physical therapy was a slow process. It helped greatly by completely eliminating the pain in one shoulder and greatly increasing the range of motion in the other shoulder and getting me one step closer to a pain free life. The best part was the extra benefits gained like increases energy for the day, greater tolerance for cold weather and simply increasing my willpower and stamina as I fought the cold feeling every morning on the plunge. Must read if you want a simple drug free approach to healing.

Amazing intro into the Wim Hof Method! I definitely recommend an in-person class with him or one of his instructors!
