Not a bad book but so long and not really anything happened. Even the “exciting” parts weren’t that exciting. Took forever to get into the story and then no one shone over any others. The happy ending wasn’t that great either and there were many unknowns left as well.

The best items in this book are the historic moments I was a little disappointed it sound great in the review of the novel.The narration is fine it was the story that ruined it for me.
