I had started reading this book as it was available for free through subscription and the author has easily become a top favorite. the book was well written. The most surprising is very little drama and captivating. it's relatable while still surprising. The story takes you on a journey one that is even though makes sense, still provides surprises. worth a read.
I have now started the second book in this series and once again, it is really good.

I was hoping for more dominance in this story and a bit more spice. Lots of fade to black. The characters were ok but the storyline was meh - so predictable. Wouldn’t recommend for readers looking for a great story and spice.

Easy listen but boring

I try to avoid single parent stories so I was not very happy to find out there is a child in the book after I’ve purchased it. I’m glad they didn’t tag it because I loved this story so much, the way the characters were developed, the way the story played out with the minimum amount of drama. The only disappointment was that the female narrator didn’t change her voice when she read the ML parts so it was sometimes confusing. This was a beautiful love story with both leads remaining true to themselves, no decisions made out of silly misunderstandings. It was so great to have an FL that was a perfect blend of strength and sweetness. I’ll definitely be reading the others in the series.

Olivia Hayle is new to me. I am glad I gave this novel a chance. Such a pleasant surprise!!! My romantic soft side loved everything about this novel. The main characters are likable. The story is charming. The pace is breeze. The narrators did a great job!!! I have new favourites ♥️
