VERY Well Done

This book helped me incredibly in understanding what folks go through with this challenge. It answered soooooo many questions that I had and was much like someone turning on a light. The stories that were shared released the building resentments I was facing in trying to deal with someone I loved and brought me comfort.

One of the best BPD books I've read.

Covers all the bases and shines light on different aspects from different types of people. Great book. I'll be listening to it again this week.

Terrible male voice

Terrible male over dramatic "victim voice". He sounded like he was having a nervous brakedown, and it ruined the story for me. And frankly is condescending towards people with borderline.

It is what it is

It was interesting to hear from different ppl who suffer from bpd whether it is mild to high...I related either way. I found this helpful to reassure I am not alone. And that there is help and tools to help you. This is a good assistance guide with recovery.
