This is a great lesson for anybody who is trying to live their best life. This is the kind of book that will make you examine how you deal with life’s hiccups. From the smallest trip up to the largest trauma you can imagine, the framework she describes will be useful. The story was good, the information was useful, and I would recommend it to anybody!
