What a romp! I love this series

The characters are all fantastic, the plot is good, the sense of being in Ancient Rome is like time-travel, and the narrator is super. I’ve enjoyed every one of these so far and I know I’ll be at a loss when I finish them all. I’ve tried other mystery series and generally they do not measure up to this one.
