An Incredible Book!

I can’t say enough about this book. Although the title may seem whimsical, the content is novel, thought provoking, well structured, and for me, life changing.

Delivers on what the title suggests

The author opens a compelling vista of how we can use unfocus to flourish. The author narrates clearly and passionately. His intonation transmitted to me a sense of the clinical experience which informs his explication of the many ways to use unfocus alongside cognitive focus. As he notes in the concluding chapters, there is far more here for me to explore than I can imagine right now, but he has given enough practical pointers that I know where my next steps lie. I appreciate the new hope and positive expectation which has already come from implementing ideas from early chapters in this book.
