This story is tge best clean romance I’ve heard (and I’ve heard many, and am also an author). This plot line is so original, it’s unexpected. It’s so nice not to read the same old plots of marriages of force/convenience where they don’t kiss til the end. The mystery in the plot is sadly obvious, right from the start, and could have been done better (unless she was adhering to a word count limit) but even that has a slight unexpected end. It certainly doesn’t take away from the story. The characters are ones you want to cheer for, and you wish they could submit to two or three kisses in the book, but overall it’s so delightful. Such a refreshing story line. And Noah Wall is a real selling point. After debating several books, I chose this because of the reader, considering all my choices were new authors to me. The story was so good I bought her other full novel Edward and Amelia the next day. Another bonus, this is no simpering miss who simply accepts the garbage she feels life has thrown her. She fights tooth and nail for her happiness, and the Earl is very likeable. No high handed gaslighter here (is is the case In many novels) it’s nice he’s a kind and caring hero, who just is clueless when it comes to women. An amazing book, I heartily recommend!

This is an over that held my interest all the way through can’t wait to read another one the narrator was great and there is nothing like a great British accent to sell theses regency romances well done the characters are well developed and pleasant to read about the keep the interest enough to add to to the nature of the book well done all around💕💕💕
