Publisher's Summary

Everything Ivy Morgan thought she knew has been turned on its head. After being betrayed and then nearly killed by the Prince of the Fae, she's left bruised and devastated - and with an earth-shattering secret that she must keep at all costs. And if the Order finds out her secret, they'll kill her.

Then there's Ren Owens, the sexy, tattooed Elite member of the Order who has been sharing Ivy's bed and claiming her heart. Their chemistry is smoking hot, but Ivy knows that Ren has always valued his duty to the Order above all else - he could never touch her if he knew the truth. That is, if he let her live at all. Yet how can she live with herself if she lies to him?

But as the Fae Prince begins to close in, intent on permanently opening the gates to the Otherworld, Ivy is running out of options. If she doesn't figure out who she can trust - and fast - it's not only her heart that will be torn apart but civilization itself.

What the critics say

" Torn was an emotional ride that was filled with uncertainty and characters I absolutely loved! It was everything I was hoping the second book would be and much, much more!" ( Star-Crossed Book Blog)

Interesting & Funny

I did not expect to enjoy this series this much. It’s an interesting story line & hilarious. I wasn’t a fan of the humour at first, but it’s really grown on me and I find myself constantly smiling or laughing at it-mainly cause of Tink.
The prince is awful and I hate any scenes with him.

I’m new to audio books, but this is my favourite narrator so far. She does an excellent job. I don’t think I’d be enjoying the humour as much, if it wasn’t for her execution of it.

Better than book 1 but still has "moments"

I appreciate that this is Fantasy but some of the comeback/flirt lines are red flag creepy. Could be written with the same "passion" but with less stalker energy

It’s a good story but not spectacular

So my favourite part in this series has to be Tink! The cutest little brownie that is actually very kick ass totally steals the show, if the entire book could be about him I would be one happy girl!

This second book was a lot more action packed and I’m not a big fan of action scenes, plus the lack of consent in some things just made me cringe.

I hated the entire time she was held captive and I’m hoping the princess dies in the next book!

Decent filler book

It picks up a little bit so I can say that it is better than the first book, there is more action but at one point the main character's insightful monologs get boring and annoying. Its a good filler book to listen to in between.
