Publisher's Summary

My name's Rin, and I've been reborn as a cultivator with a broken core. Time to save the world.

Thankfully, the spirit who reincarnated me modified my core with a rune of power. Now, each time I ascend to a higher level, I can add a new rune, enhancing my strength. But this gift was given with a condition; if I don’t climb and conquer the Towers of Acalia, this new world will fall into ruin.

Plenty of obstacles stand in my way: raging spirit beasts, tower summoned monsters, rival cultivators. But by bonding myself to gorgeous women warriors, I can ascend and grow strong enough to take on the seven towers. Gods help anyone who stands in my way.

This novel includes elements of lite LitRPG, Isekai, cultivation, and a slow-burn harem.

Great story.

The review that says there is a plot hole that there is a lack of lonely men because the world make's it so cultivators all have a harems of multiple women is wrong. The women vessels don't have to sleep or be in a relationship with the cultivator to bond with them to increase there skills. It's says directly that the vessels can find relationships with others people other than the cultivators if they want. The cultivators have to pay them a monthly wage plus a signing bonus like a job contract unless you make an agreement with a vessel on your own. The other plot hole argument about why don't most people want to fight monsters to gain a lot more money faster is pretty easy....... Why risk death to make a living if you don't have to when you can just craft and sell goods..... Yes the MC did profit a lot from doing so but he was in danger the whole time. The first fight with the weakest monsters damaged him enough he would have had to return home if he didn't have a healing item. Overall I think this story is worth the credit and the narration is great.

The voice actors chosen for this are great. a little odd for some of the words. but then again just not the way that I pronounce those words. story is great inflection struggle everything. another great book with Atlas Cain. he has become one of my favorite authors and this review is coming after about 4 or 5 times having listened to the audiobook.

Cringe

Couldn't get past chapter one and the utterly creepy description of his female coworker. Narrators weren't bad but seemed high on the melodrama. Refunded.
