 In teoria, tutti sono d’accordo sull’importanza dell’affiancamento sul campo, ma spesso nella pratica le cose si complicano. Si può cadere nella tentazione di pensare che "le persone devono lavorare e arrangiarsi". Lasciare un collaboratore (specie se neofita) a se stesso non è quasi mai una buona idea: ammesso che impari, niente garantisce che lo faccia nella maniera migliore e in un tempo ragionevole.
