I find Card's stuff very hit or miss for me. This was a big hit. Unique and creative. Only minorly preachy. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

I’ve read this book two or three times. And listened to the audio book twice. The last 1/3 loses momentum. But still a good story.

this book is definitely one of my favourites. Really, the world building is great, and the sentences don't drag. I can't say enough in this review. So please, give the man of the wind a chance to tell you his story of his long life in a short time (you will understand this when you read the story)

Don't skip!

The first part of the book made me somewhat uncomfortable as it challenged some of my personal biases. I rarely have a book that makes me introspective. The rest of the book continued the unique plot and provided wonderful entertainment.
