What made the experience of listening to Trim Healthy Mama Plan the most enjoyable?

The ideas in the book are great.

What does Sarah Mollo-Christensen bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She adds personality and depth to the stories.

Any additional comments?

This would have been a fantastic and mind-blowing four hour book. But you'll have to listen for nearly 12 hours to find out which 4 matter most.

So Happy This is On Audio!

Somehow hearing the info helps it click for me. I appreciate that it is exhaustive of the subject. The narrator is fabulous - easy to listen to and with interesting inflection that makes delivery of the subject matter seem effortless.

Great!

I have not finished and am enjoying the listen. I think it will be a great plan for me. I am disappointed there is not a PDF attached to the e-book that references lists mentioned in the book.

This book has changed my life forever!

It Works!... it is just that simple it truly honestly works. This plan once you learn it is easy to do, affordable, and forgiving. It is everything diets are not. The whole family can join in. If your diabetic no matter what kind I guarantee you'll see a lower A1C along with other improved lab results. I have found no other plan that will meet you where you're at in the way you eat and baby step you towards healthier eating without judging you harshly.

Patience for real change

Diet is not a thing I'm a fan of and never have dieted. (I love my Italian foods way too much!) I have to change something before my health and weight get more out of control. I'm slow to change. I love this audiobook. I have the original book in paper. This has been a great edition for learning The Plan and I recommend it over the Original book for it's more to the point and the layout is friendlier. The narration was fantastic. A great voice to present the 2 sister writer's fun quirkiness; she was clear and articulate. I could also hear her over my kids normal interruptions and while washing dishes. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to change their diet for the better and for good.

Awesome!

I've followed THM eating for a while before they released this book and it's companion cookbook. I have the original self-published book, and the newest cookbook too! But I wanted the audible version so I could really absorb the principles! I think I'd recommend a hard-copy first, because the lists are helpful. But in general, this is a super healthy way of eating and I adore the authors!

Great book TONS OF INFORMATION

Book is good the person reading is good but a little robotic sounding to me but I’ve she’s still able to be heard & I’ve listened twice & will listen again as well
